Magic Words are keywords that cause the page that they are added to to do something special.
Below is a list of some important Magic Words. There are many Magic Words, but this list is a good place to start.

|A table of contents appears automatically on a page with enough headers. This Magic Word prevents the table of contents from appearing. This Magic Word is typically placed on the top line of the page.|
|Forces the automatic table of contents to appear where this Magic Word is placed.|
|The edit button that normally appears next to headers will be removed from any headers on the page. This Magic Word is typically placed on the top line of the page.|
|Produces the name of the page that it is on without the namespace.|
|Produces the name of the page that it is on including the namespace.|
|Produces the name of the subpage.|
